Q: How Many People Work At Fare & Square?
A: Fare & Square currently employs approximately 50 people. 75% of our staff are local to Chester/Delaware County.
Q: Can anyone shop at Fare & Square?
A: Anyone can shop at Fare & Square!
Q: What are the benefits of being a member of the Carrot Club?
A: The benefits of membership in the Carrot Club include everyday low prices, discounts and incentives. Eligible members will also receive money back in the form of “Carrot Cash” to be applied to future purchase(s).
Q: Does Fare & Square accept SNAP/WIC benefits?
A: Fare & Square gladly accepts SNAP & WIC.
Q: How do you receive carrot cash benefits?
A: In order to receive carrot cash benefits we ask individuals and families to provide some additional household and/or income information.
Q: What will you do with the household information?
A: It will be collected to help us look at household demographics and shopping habits, but we will not share any individual personal information without permission. We may also mail members store information.
Q: What if you don’t have your card with you?
A: You can be looked up at check-out by the phone number on the membership account.
Q: How many people/households can be on a card?
A: One household per membership.
Q: What if I can’t remember my phone number?
A: Membership Services located at the Fare & Square Store Community Center can help locate your membership information.
